Vet Trial Finder is designed to work without an account, a paid report or the submission of medical records.

Information entered in the trial finder
Answers about an animal's diagnosis, treatment history and other eligibility details are processed in the browser to produce search results. Vet Trial Finder does not store those answers or send them to an analytics service.
Please do not use the free-text diagnosis field to enter an owner's name, address, email address, telephone number or other identifying information.
No website analytics
Vet Trial Finder does not use an analytics or advertising tracker and does not create visitor profiles. The hosting provider may process ordinary server and security logs under its own terms.
ZIP code lookup
If a user enters a US ZIP code to sort results by approximate distance, the ZIP code is sent to the public Zippopotam.us service to obtain geographic coordinates. Vet Trial Finder does not send the animal's diagnosis or other matcher answers with that request. Do not enter a full street address.
If you email info@vettrialfinder.com, Vet Trial Finder receives the email address and information you choose to include. Email is used to answer the message, review a correction or evaluate a submitted study. Do not send medical records, diagnostic images, financial information or emergency requests. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or for basic recordkeeping and security.
What Vet Trial Finder does not do
Vet Trial Finder does not sell personal information, serve behavioral advertising, create user accounts or require an owner to submit an enrollment application through this site. Research teams and veterinary hospitals do not receive an owner's matcher answers from Vet Trial Finder.
External websites
The site links to universities, hospitals, registries, sponsors and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are controlled by them, not by Vet Trial Finder.
Questions or deletion requests
For a privacy question or a request concerning information sent by email, contact info@vettrialfinder.com. Because matcher answers are not submitted to Vet Trial Finder, there is normally no matcher profile or medical search record to retrieve or delete.
