Cancer types

Start with your pet’s diagnosis. Choose a cancer type below to see a plain-language overview, standard treatment options and current clinical trials for dogs or cats. If you are not sure of the exact diagnosis, use the Clinical Trial Finder and enter what you know.

What the numbers mean. These are current treatment opportunities in our USA and Canada catalog, not numbers of hospitals or pets. Each study or treatment program is counted once for each species and cancer type it accepts, even if it has several participating hospitals. A program that accepts several diagnoses appears under each relevant cancer type. The study team still decides whether an individual pet qualifies.
